Order Cancellation

You can cancel the order. Please send us an email to support@podgrocer.com to cancel your order within 24 hours after your order placement. If your cancellation is accepted, you will receive a full refund from us in 3-5 days.

Please kindly understand that we may have to refuse to cancel order requests after this 24-hours time window since your order information might have been sent to our manufacturer for processing and ready for shipment.

Please kindly allow us up to 24 hours to respond to your request. If we missed your email and you still receive your canceled order afterward, POD Grover is responsible for giving you a full refund. Nevertheless, please kindly return the parcel to us before that.
